CANCELLATION POLICY  

 

At Iconic Addons, operated by Cryptalis Technologies, we understand that plans may change. Whether you decide a necklace isn’t the right fit or a pair of sunglasses doesn’t match your style, we’ve designed a cancellation process that is simple, transparent, and stress-free.  

For clarity, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Cryptalis Technologies, while “you” or “your” refers to our valued customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. We encourage you to review this policy to understand how cancellations are handled. Our goal is to ensure your shopping experience remains smooth and supportive, even if you change your mind.  

Cancelling an Order Before Shipment  

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations requested after this timeframe, or once the order has been dispatched, may no longer be possible. Taking prompt action helps us process your request efficiently.  

To request a cancellation:  

Email our support team at cryptalistechnologies@gmail.com and provide your order number and reason for cancellation   

Once we review your request, we will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.   

We aim to make cancellations as seamless as possible, giving you flexibility and peace of mind with your purchase.  

If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped  

Once your order has been dispatched and is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still return the items in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.  

This ensures you can still shop with confidence, knowing your satisfaction remains our priority.  

Making Changes to an Order  

At this time, we are unable to modify existing orders, including changes to products, shipping addresses, or contact details. If you need to update information, the best option is to cancel your order (within the eligible window) and place a new one with the correct details.  

We understand errors happen, and this process helps us ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
